1. Products Covered

“Products” under these Terms include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital templates (sales pages, landing pages, copy templates)

  • Digital courses, workshops, and webinars

  • Video guides, worksheets, and checklists

  • Group calls, coaching sessions, or related materials

  • Any other digital information, files, or services provided after a paid purchase or in exchange for personal information (including free downloadable materials, newsletters, or promotional content).

All such Products are the exclusive intellectual property of Feelxy and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. General Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use Feelxy Products.

As used in these Terms, the term “Releasees” refers to:
(i) Feelxy , its subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees (past and present), agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, “the Company”); and
(ii) Any contractors, partners, or volunteers engaged by Feelxy .

3. Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or use Products from Feelxy.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our Products, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • By purchasing a Product, you acknowledge and accept our Refund Policy, which prohibits chargebacks or payment reversals.

  • In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Feelxy reserves the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies, chargeback databases, or relevant authorities. Information such as your name, email, billing address, order amount, and order date may be reported.

  • You authorize Feelxy to charge your credit or debit card automatically for all applicable fees and to share payment information with trusted third-party payment providers (e.g., payment processors).

  • If payment is not received by the due date, you will be granted a three (3) day grace period. After this period, Feelxy may suspend or terminate your access to the Product permanently.

  • Customers remain fully responsible for completing any payment plans selected. Balances overdue by more than 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection costs.

5. Gift Cards and Store Credit

  • Gift cards and store credits may be issued or purchased for use toward Feelxy Products.

  • They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, are not refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Licenses

Ownership of Content

All content, including but not limited to templates, videos, training materials, designs, graphics, images, documents, and related intellectual property (“Content”), is owned by Feelxy.

Product License

By purchasing a Product, you are granted a revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, resell, or distribute Content without written permission.

  • Share Products with third parties, friends, or family.

  • Claim ownership of Feelxy intellectual property.

An Extended License is required if you intend to use Products for commercial purposes, resell templates, or share them with others.

7. Confidentiality

While Feelxy strives to maintain confidentiality, you understand that any materials you post in public forums, comments, or group calls may be visible to others. You agree not to disclose or misuse proprietary information shared within Products.

You also agree not to post defamatory, threatening, obscene, or unlawful content in any platform hosted by Feelxy. Feelxy reserves the right to remove or restrict any user-generated content.

8. Username & Password

Certain Products may require account access via username and password. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Accept that Feelxy  may suspend or terminate access if login credentials are shared or misused.

9. Termination

Feelxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Products and Content at any time, without refund, if you violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

  • Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • Feelxy does not guarantee specific results, earnings, or outcomes from the use of its Products.

  • Feelxy is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) resulting from the use or inability to use Products.

  • You acknowledge that use of Products may involve inherent risks, which you voluntarily assume.

11. Security

While Feelxy employs industry-standard measures to safeguard personal data, no online transmission or storage is 100% secure. By transmitting information, you accept the associated risks.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France (since Feelxy operates as your business). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paris, France.

13. Users Outside France

Feelxy operates its Products and Website from France. Users accessing Products from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feelxy , its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms,

  • Misuse of Feelxy Products or Content, or

  • Violation of any applicable laws.

15. Modifications

Fnacker reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
